Represented both plaintiffs and defendants in general real estate litigation involving:
fraud, nondisclosure, breach of contract, professional negligence, partition, tenancy-in-common
conflicts, Home Equity Sales Act violations and cancellation of instruments. Represented
both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance litigation involving: judicial
and non-judicial foreclosures, injunctions, receiverships, non-monetary defaults,
reinstatement rights and appraiser negligence. Represented both title insurers/
escrow agents and real estate sellers, purchasers and borrowers in litigation for
breach of escrow duties and resolution of title problems. Experienced in transactional
work, including real estate contracts, residential and commercial leases and in
landlord advocacy, advising clients and representing them at rent board proceedings
and writ proceedings.

through AAA, BASF and others. Actions for accounting, breach of fiduciary duty, malicious
prosecution, termination of trust, breach of trust, conversion, and slander. Assist
clients to resolve miscellaneous problems in areas such as credit disputes, commission
disputes and insurance claims.
